Z8 Hang-On
At the heart of the Nested system is the Z8™ hang-on. Weighing only 8.6lb. bare, it is 20% lighter than comparable cast aluminum hang-ons and even lighter than some of the most expensive fully machined stands.

Lite Rails
The Lite Rail™ provides the security of a double rail design and each Lite Rail™ only weighs 31 ounces! For transport, the Lite Rails™ nest together and surround the Core Pack™ so they sit tight and quiet during transportation.

Core Pack 35L
The Core Pack™ brings the entire system together. Once assembled, the Core Pack™ becomes a fully adjustable frame pack with a waist belt and shoulder straps that utilize the Z8 Hang-On as its backbone.
Overall the 35L system is everything I expected and researched it was. I was able to harvest 2 deer opening weekend while using it. It really let's me get into the trees I've been wanting to. I really wish it came with at least one more section of steps but for the price point its great. Biggest problem i had is the upper straps that hold the pack to the platform could be easier to access for attaching the stand . They both loosened up on thier own while hiking to the area I was going to hunt (on an easy trail) causing the top of the pack to sway and make noise rubbing on the platform. Maybe I attached it wrong but they are the only ones up there.
Hi Carl, thanks for your review and for being a part of the Nested Family! We're glad to hear the system met your expectations and congrats on your harvests! Thanks again for your feedback — it's valuable for us to improve. We appreciate your support and hope your hunts continue to be successful! Good luck on your upcoming seasons!
So far, it’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever tried to put together. I looked up your install video, which your install video does not match what my harness looks like. My harness was put on backwards, or the little black part of my harness was put on backwards. I had to turn it around. The bottom clips at the bottom face the wrong direction, so when you put them in, they just pull right back out. They don’t lock. So far I’m very disappointed in the quality of this product and how the instructions are horrible to follow, and the video isn’t much better. If they’re gonna sell an item, they should have a video that matches the product that the person is trying to put together. I looked on the website. There’s no phone number for me to call somebody to visit with, so I’m very

So far it has worked well, one thing I did not realize was the amount of stuff you have after you are in the tree. I had to get creative to "hide it". Very quiet and light, much easier to move thru the heavy timber we have.
Hi Chris, we're glad to hear the treestand has worked well for you! Thanks for sharing your experience and good luck out there!
Love this rig! Lightweight, easy to pack, and convenient!! 100% recommend
Hi Ronnie, we're thrilled to hear you love the Z8! Thanks for recommending us and best of luck on your upcoming seasons!
Should’ve pulled the trigger on this some time ago. This is exactly the alternative to saddle hunting I was looking for. The 35L pack has plenty of room for essentials and an extra layer and integrates seamlessly with the Lite Rails and Z8. Aider installation on the Lite Rails is super simple and the fact I can put both feet within the Rail ups my confidence and safety at height. The Z8 is super light, built like a tank, and has plenty of room. Seat measurements are spot-on and provide the comfort needed for all day sits. I’m confident I’ve found my favorite setup.
Hi Joe, we're thrilled to hear you love your system and find the lite rails so effective! Thanks for sharing your experience and for choosing Nested® Treestand Systems. Good luck on your upcoming seasons and we are happy to be your favorite setup!
